Add gstreamer-plugins-good and gstreamer-plugins-good-gtk
    
    Add plugins found in the freedesktop.org runtime. Some plugins from
    gstremaer-plugins-bad-extra-free are excluded to avoid a lot of extraneous
    dependencies.
