Changes to the evolution policy module
    
    Allow callers of evolution_role to manage and relabel evolution home and
    temporary content
    
    Make callers of the evolution_role create ~/.evolution and
    ~/.camel_certs directories with a type transition
    
    Allow callers of the evolution_role signal_perms and ptrace of evolution
    processes
    
    Allow callers of the evolution_role to manage and relabel evolution
    shared memory content
