Changes to the alsa policy module
    
    New alsa role
    Allow callers of the alsa_role to execute /bin/alsaunmute
    Make callers of the alsa_role create ~/.asoundrc with a type transition
    
    This does not make sense but if we allow callers of the alsa_role to
    domain transition to alsa_t then we allow the caller to write to
    system wide alsa config and others.
