The automated TC fails in Setup phase on aarch64 and s390x machines, because policycoreutils-gui package is not available on these architectures.
The failure appeared on RHEL-8 Beaker machines.
It needs to be fixed in the test assigned to your TC, Makefile from this repository is used only in Fedora CI which doesn't report this problem

Ok, the problem is not that -gui doesn't exists on s390x, but that this test requires policycoreutils-dbus
