Fix copy-platform-all script to properly link %%{_datadir}/eclipse jars.
    
    When the path to the plugins/features folder for a set of bundles is
    "%%{_datadir}/eclipse/dropins/${name}" (missing the additional eclipse
    folder), the linking of its jars will fail.
