Modern fixes and features!
    
    Enhances our original fixes with those from Debian, fixing builds with
    -fno-common and various typos, as well as making it possible to use
    gnutls if we wanted.
    
    Also including Gentoo patches that add support for ATCP, GMCP and
    OPTION102, many of which are used by current MU*s.
    
    Explicitly enables all features.
