Remove LIBPNG_LDFLAGS from config
    
    Since version 3.70 upstream seized to use libpng in linking phase
    as the whole png generation is now being done by ghostscript
    itself.
    
    The last file using libpng was psimage.cpp where the include is
    dropped.
