should we ship the sample file?

After my thread on arc-discuss this week, I think we should include a doc file including the sendmail config necessary for openarc to work.

Shipping the sample conf file also works indeed.
In this case, it would need a different fix for which I already have a patch on github: https://github.com/trusteddomainproject/OpenARC/pull/103/commits/78c7bc3c8bd4dee49814d09987750bb176ed0859
And yes, a sendmail doc would be nice, I have not tried to setup openarc on mine yet cause I'm not sure I grasped all the subtleties yet.
