    - Update to 2.21.7
    - Dropped upstreamed WIMP theme patch
    - Moved all gdk-pixbuf bits to a seperate package as upstream has separated it
    - Added BR: mingw32-gdk-pixbuf
    
    Note: due to the split of gdk-pixbuf, this package can't be built until
    the package review of mingw32-gdk-pixbuf has been approved.
