Add a patch and modify another based on feedback from ongoing upstream review
    
    - Add jss-def-adjust-release-of-new-apis.patch to add new apis like upstream
    - Add jss-update-patch-version.patch with additional files that need to be changed
    - Add TODO comments on needed adjustments for the upstream integration release
