Fix incorrect gstreamer-devel (0.10) dep in the -devel subpackage
    
    This package is built against gstreamer 1.0, but the requires were still
    for 0.10.
    
    Instead of manually updating the requires, just rely on automatic
    pkgconfig depgen to get it right.
