Define version in a way that doesn't break mclazy
    
    mclazy script edits the Version: tag and puts the new version in there,
    replacing anything that was there before. Previously, gnote spec file
    defined version in a macro; this commit fixes this and moves version
    definition to the Version: tag to avoid breaking mclazy assumptions.
