Hmmm, the scope in the Change doesn't say anything about enabling this by default. That is probably reasonable, but should at least be discussed.

The intention was always there for IoT, and as a result I believe it's the decision of the IoT SIG, this isn't for Fedora as a whole (although it has been asked for and I explicitly don't want it there as yet).

OK, but please include some ticket or discussion link. Right now it looks like the Change ticket is where decision happened.
