BR cleanup
    
     - Drop NM build dep: it's only used run-time through the DBus APIs;
     - Drop startup-notification build dep: Epiphany no longer uses it
       directly;
     - Drop -devel package requires that are nowadays automatically
       generated by rpmbuild's pkgconfig dep extraction.
