- Add macros for automatic detection of Emacs version, site-lisp directory
        etc
    - Make building of tex-preview subpackage optional, and disable for now
    - Adjust Requires and BuildRequires for texlive
    - Remove auctex-init.el since not needed
    - Make RELEASE utf8
