Add further Requires to subpackages
    
    Add fedora-release to daemon subpackage, as the systemctl preset calls
    in the triggerpostun require it. Add systemd_requires macro to daemon
    subpackage, as it (like the common subpackage) calls systemctl in
    triggerpostun.
