Bump to version 0.20.3
    
    	* Enable gcc warnings and clean them

    	* Keep persistence at camera device name
    	* Solve some memory leaks
    	* Improve visual with Gtk 3 using icons
    	  It should be noticed that Prisma disables icon
    	  by default.
    	* Solve a bug where remote map were happening even
    	  if disabled.
    	* Solve a bug when closing preferences via the window
    	  (x) button
    	* Get rid of the tray icon logic, as it is pretty
    	  much useless.
