    - Update to 1.4.19
    - Upstream removed iLBC code from tarball so we no longer need to strip it
        before uploading to Fedora, so we don't need the script that does the
        stripping either.
    - Add a patch that compiles against an external libedit rather than an
        internal one.
    - Remove upstreamed patches.
