Rename GCC-4.4 related patch, and recreate it from the CVS commit.
    
    The previous patch had been taken from the web CVS UI and made to
    work properly since I hadn't found how to ask for a proper patch in
    there.
    
    The new patch is made from a CVS checkout, with cvs diff, and has a
    more meaningful name.
    
    However, the sources are still patched in the exact same way.
