    Use /usr/bin/pod2man to generate man-pages (Fix FTBFS #913870)
    
    - Add acheck-0.5.1-man.patch
      (Fix syntax errors in man/acheck.*.pod, F19's pod2man chokes upon).
    - Remove redundant R: perl.
