Update package URL and add libxcrypt-devel to BuildRequires Updated package URL fixes BZ #1462340. The switch to libxcrypt means that eventually libxcrypt-devel will be needed as a BuildRequires dependency, according to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Replace_glibc_libcrypt_with_libxcrypt
