This PR fixes the issue of conflicts amongst packages while upgrading. This should also fix the issue of nothing providing libsvrcore.so.0, as this is most probably caused due to uninstallability of -libs (which provides the library) along with -devel. The upstream SPEC file seems to be correct.

Closing as this was already fixed in f900a73 (f28) and 94780b6 (master).
