Temporarily add compat-openssl10 and dependencies
The current f29 Python2 packages depend on compat-openssl10 because
of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1609291. This adds
a bunch of dependencies (including make and guile) to the runtime.
