Add libgfortran and pkgconfig-pkg-conf as extra packages
    
    libgfortran is needed by inkscape, gimp, etc, and, as part of gcc, is hard to build.
    pkgconfig-pkg-conf is needed by xorg-x11-font-utils, which is needed by urw-fonts.
