Initial couchdb policy module
    
    Apache CouchDB is a distributed, fault-tolerant and schema-free
    document-oriented database accessible via a RESTful HTTP/JSON API.
    
    Ported from Fedora with small changes
    
    Left our some networking rules due to couchdb port currently being
    labeled with a generic port type
    
    Left out some rules that i am not confident about
