Changes to the mpd policy module
    
    Ported from Fedora with changes
    
    Create a new mpd_user_data_t userdom user home content customizable type
    for music in user home directories that mpd serves
    
    Fedora labels ~/Music with a private type but i think it should stay
    generic by default
    
    The mpd_role allows calling users to manage and relabel mpd_user_data
    
    Make mpd_exec_t application executable file so that users can at least
    run it in the user domain since it is in /usr/bin
