Initial mongodb policy module
    
    MongoDB is a scalable, high-performance, open source NoSQL database.
    
    Ported from Fedora with changes
    
    Left out network rules because mongodb port currently has a generic port
    type
    
    Fedora bundled mongo policy with her cloudform policy module and runs
    other programs in the mongod_t domain. Therefore not everything was
    ported and things that i am not confined about are left out as a
    consequence
