- Add virt_home_ type files located in ~/.libvirt directory
    - virt creates monitor sockets in the users home dir
    - Allow lvm setfscreate
    - mta search /var/lib/logcheck
    - sssd needs to bind to random UDP ports
    - certmonger wants to read keytab files
