Changes to the mozilla policy module
    
    Create a mozilla home filetrans plugin home interface so that other can
    create userdom user home content with a named filetransition to
    mozilla_plugin_home_t
    
    Create a mozilla_manage_generic_plugin_home_content to allow other to
    manage mozilla plugin userdom user home content
