Changes to the cups module and relevant dependencies
    
    Shares printer device with host and virtual domains
    Libvirt creates the printer character device with the virt domain image
    type
    
    Remove redundant rules where svirt_t has various access to svirt_image_t
    content as that was already provided in the virt_domain_template
    
    xend runs scsi_id
    xend Reads files from CDROM/DVDROM
