- Allow aisexec domtrans to corosync domain
    - Allow kadmind setsched
    - Allow mailman to read/write  postfix master pipes
    - Remove remote_login_tmp_t and allow remote_login to create and manage user tmp files
    - Allow spamd to send mail
    - Allow sshd getcap
    - Add tgtd_var_run_t type
    - Allow vnstatd to read system state
