Various changes to the raid module
    
    Changes from Fedora:
    
    Type mdadm_map_t alias of mdadm_var_run_t
    
    Left out auth_use_nsswitch() call
    
    Left out various context specs for various "ipr" commands that no longer
    seem to be available
    
    Changes that are not from Fedora:
    
    Created a init script executable file type
    Created raid_admin_mdadm()
    Labeled mdmon executable file mdadm_exec_t
    There should not be any generic files, character and block device nodes
    in /dev and besides currently mdadm_t is a unconfined domain
