Add svirt_socket_t type, and allow svirt_t to communicate with it.  Allow
    any domains that use virt_transition_svirt interface to create/use a
    svirt_socket_t.  guestfs sets this socket type when it creates sockets to communicate with svirt_t, without this policy we would be required to allow
    svirt_t to connectto unconfined_t.
