      * update to 0.9.10
      * update URL and source fields; switch to xz tarball
      * drop obsoleted Group, Buildroot, %clean and %defattr
    - Further spec clean-ups (buildroot-cleanup-on-install, indentation)
    - Hard-coded dependency on build-time PulseAudio version dropped
