    - readded chkconfig add for sendmail in post script
    - dropped mysql support (useless without further patching)
    - fixed executable permissions for /usr/sbin/makemap and /usr/sbin/smrsh
    - dropped FFR_UNSAFE_SASL, because it has no effect anymore
