- Fixing FTBFS on i586/x86_64/ppc, ppc64 still an issue:
    - Updated uClibc to 0.9.30.1, subsequently:
    - Removed uClibc-0.9.30 patch (merged upstream).
    - Added uClibc-0.9.30.1-getline.patch -- prevents conflicts with getline()
        from stdio.h
    - Temporarily disable C99 math to bypass ppc bug, see
