Own %%{_userunitdir}/gnome-launched-.scope.d
    
    Until now the gnome-session RPM only owned
    %%{_userunitdir}/gnome-launched-.scope.d/override.conf file, but the
    directory itself wasn't owned by any package. It should also own the
    directory.
